Sous Chef

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced and often stressful work environment that requires passion and enthusiasm for the kitchen. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, be able to follow orders well and have excellent time management skills.

Required Skills:

Listening skills - You will need to follow tasks from your supervisor to a tee.
Time management - Sticking to deadlines is what keeps our kitchen running smoothly.
Dexterity - Since you will be working with sharp objects, safety and efficiency are key.
Strength - You’ll be on your feet for extended periods plus lifting heavy boxes and equipment.
Teamwork - Professionalism and collaboration are pillars of our team.
